Relisha Tenau Rudd has been missing since March 1, 2014. She would be 14 today. If you have any information on her whereabouts or her disappearance, please contact the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI, or your local FBI office or the nearest American Embassy or Consulate.

Victor Dwight “J.R.” Shoemaker, Jr. has been missing since May 1, 1994. He would be 31 years old today. If you have any information at all about J.R.’s whereabouts, please contact West Virginia State Police at 304-822-3561 or the Federal Bureau of Investigation at 202-324-3000.
