That’s what happened to Rob Shafer on April 4, 1991 when an unidentified man kidnapped his fianceé, Angela Hammond, from a payphone in Clinton, Missouri. The brazen abduction shocked the small town, while many wondered if Angela’s case was related to two other recent abductions, or if her fiance was hiding the real truth about what happened that night. Now, nearly 30 years later, police are still investigating her case, but will they find answers?
